On October 27, 2009, Christopher P. Hamilton, a 22-year-old from Columbus, Ohio, was found fatally shot. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning, and Hamilton was later pronounced dead at Grant Medical Center. Authorities responded to the scene following reports of gunfire, but by the time they arrived, the assailant had fled, leaving the circumstances of Hamilton's death shrouded in mystery.
