Calvin Upchurch Jr., aged 19, was shot and killed on August 10, 2010, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place on the front porch of a vacant house in the 800 block of Seymour Avenue on the city's east side. At approximately 7:30 a.m., Calvin was found lying on the porch and was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
