On October 15, 2010, 20-year-old Charles Climer was tragically killed in a fire deliberately set in a residence located in the 100 block of North Yale Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. The incident claimed the lives of three people: 61-year-old Deanna Perry, Charles Climer, and a 7-month-old infant, Brianna Smith.
