On May 5, 2011, Michael Johnson, age 22, was fatally shot in Avondale, Cincinnati. Police responding to reports of gunfire found Johnson near Reading Road and Blair Avenue. He was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.

After a prolonged investigation, police arrested Treymane Watson Jr. in 2018, charging him with aggravated murder in connection with Johnson's death. The case remained unsolved for seven years until Watson's arrest ...
