Jeffrey McCarthy, aged 45, was tragically killed on September 25, 2011, in Columbus, Ohio. He passed away at the OSU Hospital after an incident that led to fatal injuries. McCarthy was well-known in his community and deeply missed by his family and friends. He was described as a loving father and a cherished member of his church, having accepted Christ and been baptized at an early age.
