James Gaither, age 32, was tragically shot and killed in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 28, 2011. The incident took place at 5542 Colerain Avenue, located in Hamilton County. The homicide occurred in the same location on the same day as the initial incident, and law enforcement continues to investigate this unsolved crime. The case has been listed among Ohio's unsolved homicides, as authorities are yet to identify the person responsible or uncover sufficient evidence to close the investigation.
