Justin Owensby, a 31-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot on July 26, 2013, in the Westwood neighborhood. The incident took place in the 3200 block of Gobel Avenue at approximately 6:41 p.m. Cincinnati police responded to the scene after reports of gunfire. Despite the efforts of first responders, Owensby succumbed to his injuries.
