On August 4, 2013, Tommy Butler Jr., a 32-year-old man, was found dead in Columbus, Ohio. The incident took place in the parking lot on the west side of the Happy Place 2 After-hours Club located at 956 East Hudson Street. Authorities were alerted to the scene at approximately 6:00 AM, where they discovered the fatal consequences of the incident.
