On October 26, 2014, Russell Barlow, a 40-year-old resident of Columbus, Ohio, was shot and killed in an incident that remains unresolved. The shooting occurred near the intersection of South Champion Avenue and Frebis Avenue, in an area between his girlfriend's residence and his mother's home.
