On January 29, 2015, DeAndre Crane, aged 22, was killed in a double homicide in Dayton, Ohio, at a duplex on Brooklyn Avenue. Crane, along with Damionna Goodall, aged 21, was found shot inside the home, while a third individual, Dashawn Robinson, was critically injured and hospitalized. The Dayton Police Department described the incident as likely drug-related, noting that drugs and cash were found at the scene.
