Kenneth Atwater Jr., a 28-year-old African American man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2016. He was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting incident that occurred in Trotwood, Ohio. Kenneth was in a vehicle traveling south on Salem Avenue when an altercation broke out between the occupants of two vehicles.
