Kenneth Atwater Jr., a 28-year-old African American man from Dayton, Ohio, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2016. He was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting incident that occurred in Trotwood, Ohio. Kenneth was in a vehicle traveling south on Salem Avenue when an altercation broke out between the occupants of two vehicles. Gunshots were fired from one vehicle into Kenneth's vehicle, causing it to crash and roll multiple times before coming to rest upside down near the parking lot of the form ...
