Jason Sunderland, aged 34, was found dead on April 7, 2017, in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred in the 4500 block of Refugee Road, where police responded to an emergency call at approximately 2:39 p.m. Officers arrived at the Commons at Waters Edge complex and discovered Sunderland in Apartment 1J, lifeless from an apparent shooting.
