William L. Williams, age 19, was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds on August 20, 2017, in a field located in the 2400 Block of Northwest Boulevard NW in Warren, Ohio. According to reports, Williams sustained gunshot wounds to his head, torso, and extremities.
