Police receive a 911 call about a man shot On March 11, 2019, Quamontre Dixon, a 23-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed at an apartment complex in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident took place at approximately 10:57 p.m. at 2707 Erlene Drive. Police received a 911 call reporting the shooting, and when they arrived at the scene, they found Dixon with a gunshot wound to the chest.
