On October 20, 2023, at approximately 9 p.m., Cincinnati police responded to a reported shooting in the 700 block of David Street in the West End neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered 39-year-old Terrell DaMonte Williams Jr. inside an apartment, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
