Oleg Rashifovic Poladov, aged 36, was tragically killed on November 6, 2007, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The homicide occurred at 2500 Cross Point Circle, where Poladov was fatally shot under circumstances that remain unsolved. A witness at the scene described seeing three individuals, including Poladov, standing inside the breezeway of a building. Moments later, the witness heard a gunshot and observed Poladov walking towards his vehicle, bleeding. The witness assisted Poladov by letting him into the car and immediately called 911 while en route to the hospital. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, Poladov was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
The two suspects, identified by the witness as one white male and one black male, fled the scene shortly after the shooting. Despite investigations by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the case remains unsolved, and a reward of up to $5,000 is offered for any information leading to an arrest.
