In the summer of 2026, the life of 36-year-old Terrance Charles was abruptly cut short in a burst of violence that left a community searching for answers. In the early morning hours of July 24, in Harrison Township, a suburb of Dayton, Ohio, an argument in a parking lot escalated to a fatal conclusion.
