The vehicle, which had been reported stolen earlier that day, was found by Tulsa police officers just after midnight at the intersection of 51st Place North and North Frankfort Avenue, riddled with bullets.
Adrian was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries were too severe, and he was pronounced dead. Several other juveniles were present in the car at the time of the shooting, but fortunately, none of them were physically harmed.
