On the afternoon of May 12, 2026, 22-year-old Jamildrick Hancock was driving home from work along U.S. 49 South in Leflore County, Mississippi, a journey he had likely made many times. Tragically, this trip would be his last. As he drove, another vehicle pulled up behind his car and an unknown assailant or assailants began firing at him.
