In the winter of 1976, the life of 19-year-old Barbara Jean Kemp was tragically cut short, leaving a mystery that has lingered in the community of Volney, New York, for decades. A Caucasian female, Kemp was last seen on the evening of December 5, 1976, in the nearby village of Baldwinsville.
