In the early hours of May 20, 2026, the life of 22-year-old Samir Mayes was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Columbus, Ohio. The shooting occurred on Migration Lane, where Mayes was struck by bullets and subsequently rushed to Mount Carmel East hospital. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. Another individual was also injured during the incident, though their wounds were reported as minor and did not require hospitalization. ...
