On the morning of April 13, 2026, Victoria Alexander, a 38-year-old licensed practical nurse, arrived for her shift at the ExcelCare Rehabilitation Facility in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, unaware of the tragedy that was about to unfold. Her estranged husband, 35-year-old Brandon Alexander, lay in wait for her in the parking lot. Before 6 a.m., he used his vehicle to block hers, preventing her from leaving. He then entered her car and placed two suicide notes on the dashboard.
