A 911 hang-up call led police to a grim discovery at a home in Lower Windsor Township on the afternoon of Friday, April 10, 2026. Inside the residence on the 600 block of Trolley Road, officers found a deceased couple, identified as 64-year-old Lisa L. Garner and 66-year-old Kevin B. Garner. The York County Coroner's Office was called to the scene.
