In the early evening of February 8, 2026, a dispute over the sale of vapes in West Point, Mississippi, escalated into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 15-year-old Jordan Logan. The Black / African American male was found by West Point police officers in a grassy area of the Ridgewood Apartment Complex around 5:30 p.m., having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
