In a tragic incident on January 21, 2026, a 54-year-old man, Jose de Jesus Eguia Rosas, was fatally shot in his Santa Fe, New Mexico, residence. The unfortunate event unfolded on Zepol Road when a bullet, believed to have been discharged from a neighboring apartment, struck and killed him.
