In the early evening of January 25, 2026, the life of 21-year-old David Green was tragically cut short in Akron, Ohio. First responders were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 400 block of Sherman Street around 6:50 p.m. following reports of a shooting. There, in the stairwell of the building, they discovered Green with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
