Albert “Junior” Borjas, a 16-year-old male of Hispanic/Latino ethnicity from Santa Paula, died on July 22, 2025, after being found with a gunshot wound to his upper body at a home in the 400 block of Sycamore Street just after 12:30 p.m. First responders provided aid and rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
