Davonta Lamont Powell, a 21-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2022. Powell was found at approximately 7:55 p.m. on the 5300 block of Frankford Avenue, having succumbed to gunshot wounds. The incident occurred in Northeast Baltimore, an area that has seen its share of violence and crime.
