In the late afternoon of Sunday, February 1, 2026, a dispute in a San Bernardino neighborhood tragically escalated, claiming the life of 19-year-old Niliyah Montgomery. The young woman, a mother to a three-year-old girl, was shot and killed outside her home on West Concord Street. The incident unfolded around 5 p.m. following a verbal altercation that turned into a physical fight.
