Rosa Isela Chavez, a 17-year-old from San Bernardino, California, was tragically shot and killed on April 20, 2016. Chavez and her boyfriend were driving through a neighborhood in San Bernardino when a white car approached them. Without any apparent provocation, someone from the car opened fire, striking Chavez.
