In the late morning hours of Tuesday, February 3, 2026, a quiet street in north Columbus, Georgia, became the scene of a heart-wrenching family tragedy. On Grier Avenue, not far from the Columbus Airport, police responded to a domestic incident that resulted in the death of 52-year-old Rachel Savage, a Caucasian female. The Muscogee County Coroner's Office pronounced her death a homicide.
