A quiet Sunday morning in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was shattered by a string of violence that began with the death of 65-year-old Joseph Holt III. Holt was discovered in his vehicle around 7:20 a.m. in the vicinity of Watkins Park Plaza, suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
