In the early morning hours of November 30, 2025, a violent disturbance erupted at an apartment complex in Saint Paul, Minnesota, leading to the tragic death of 32-year-old male Tarik Hazem Hassan. Police officers were dispatched to the residence on the 700 block of North Victoria Street around 1:40 a.m. after receiving multiple reports of gunfire.
