On a quiet Sunday, just after midnight, the life of Denise Alessan Madrigal Martinez, a 36-year-old resident of Redwood City, California, was tragically cut short. A security guard's call to the Redwood City Police Department about a suspicious vehicle parked on the 1300 block of Seaport Boulevard led to the grim discovery.
