Mi Kyung Khang, a 51-year-old Asian female, tragically lost her life on October 8, 2020, in Koreatown, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, she was shot near 837 S. Catalina Street. The incident occurred in the evening, and she succumbed to her injuries shortly after the shooting. The circumstances surrounding her death were initially unclear, prompting an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD).
