On the night of December 9, 2025, law enforcement officers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, were dispatched to the Tuscany Village apartment complex located in the 6700 block of Decon Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon arriving at the scene near Wilshire and Lyrewood Lane around 10:17 p.m., police discovered Chad Marc Halvorson, a 32-year-old Black male, lying in a breezeway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
