On the morning of December 22, 2025, authorities in Logan, Ohio, responded to a residence located in the 1300 block of Ohio Avenue within the Shady Oak Trailer Park after receiving a call requesting a welfare check. Upon arriving at the scene around 10:55 a.m., officers from the Logan Police Department entered the home and discovered two deceased individuals.
