Rusty A. Donovan, a 42-year-old male, tragically lost his life on Thursday, November 6, 2025, in a shooting that took place at his workplace in North Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred around 3 p.m. at the CVS located at 1914 Swift Street, where Donovan was an employee.
