In a tragic case of mistaken identity, Tammy Chambers, a 57-year-old mental health professional, was shot and killed in Panama City, Florida, on the evening of November 11, 2025. Chambers was reportedly leaving work and was on the phone with her husband, discussing what to bring home for dinner, when the fatal shooting occurred. Her husband tragically heard her last moments over the phone.
