Breasia Johnson, a 29-year-old woman from Cedar Hill, Texas, set out along Interstate 20 in Arlington on the evening of November 12, 2025, riding in a car with an adult male driver and two young children as they headed west near Bowman Springs Road. The late-autumn sky was already dark when gunfire shattered the routine of the drive. Shots tore into their vehicle as it moved along the westbound lanes, and another car nearby was also struck, though no one inside that second vehicle was hurt.
