Carlos Dewayne Hill, 48, male, was shot to death in Marshall, Texas, on the night of Sunday, October 26, 2025. Police say officers were dispatched at about 8:56 p.m. to reports of gunfire in the 1900 block of Bean Street; when they arrived, they found Hill dead at the scene. He was identified as a Marshall resident, and his death was immediately investigated as a homicide.
