Charles Arlando Hamilton, 31, a man from Waldorf, was shot and killed shortly after midnight on October 29, 2025. Deputies responded around 12:14 a.m. to the Westlake Dash-In on the 2000 block of Smallwood Drive after reports of gunfire.
