Terrence Mathis, 39, a Black male, was shot and killed on the morning of October 7, 2025, in Albany, Georgia. Authorities said the shooting happened on the 1200 block of Catalina Lane around 10:30 a.m., and the coroner confirmed his identity at the scene.
