On March 5, 2025, 22-year-old African American male Justin C. Moore tragically lost his life to gun violence in Albany, Georgia. Known for his infectious laughter and storytelling, Justin was a beloved son, brother, and friend. He is survived by his father, Morris Mobley, five brothers, and three sisters.
