Deion Brown, 23, was fatally shot on September 27, 2017, in Buffalo, New York. The tragic incident occurred in the early hours near the intersection of Potomac and Parkdale Avenues. The assailant, 25-year-old Tong Rieang, robbed two other individuals at gunpoint before shooting another victim in the chest, who survived the attack. Immediately after, Rieang ran across the street and fatally shot Brown with a semi-automatic pistol.
