In the early morning hours of October 10, 2025, the life of Chazz Toney, a 35-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Duluth, Minnesota. Just after midnight, at approximately 12:25 a.m., Duluth Police responded to reports of gunfire in the Central Hillside neighborhood. Arriving at the 200 block of West 3rd Street, officers discovered a man who had sustained an apparent gunshot wound and was deceased at the scene.
