Margolaine Pitchan, 50, a female from Lewisville, was found shot on the afternoon of October 22, 2025, after police were called to the Northwood Manufactured Home Community in the 400 block of East State Highway 121 Business. Responding officers discovered two victims—an adult woman and an adult man—with gunshot wounds. Medics pronounced the woman dead at the scene, while the man was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
