Herbert Denorris Davis, 24, a Black male, was shot during a robbery in an apartment complex parking lot at 1021 Woodlands Circle in Fort Worth on May 27, 2025. Investigators documented a chaotic scene, recovering ten 9mm casings and five. 40-caliber casings. He underwent treatment at John Peter Smith Hospital but died in surgery on June 12 from complications of a gunshot wound to the torso, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner.
