Maddox Moses Garza, a 21-year-old man from Fort Worth, Texas, was fatally shot on March 27, 2025, while sitting in his parked car outside an apartment complex. Officers responded to a shooting call at approximately 8:45 p.m. and found Garza suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. He was transported to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner confirmed the cause of death as a gunshot wound to the chest.
