Anthony Aguirre, a 55-year-old male from Fort Worth, died on August 8, 2025, after he was shot inside the Yellow Rose Saloon during an attempted robbery in west Fort Worth. Police were called to the bar on Cherry Lane in the early-morning hours, where witnesses said a gunman entered through a back door carrying a rifle concealed in a duffel bag, went behind the bar, and demanded money.
